I was referred to B & J transmission
got their Met Alex the owner super great guy. We talked for 40 minutes. He walked me through everything for my transmission, when I went to pick up my truck early after he had said a week. .. he had all the paperwork correct with an itemized of copy of everything..
I was so happy , my truck runs like a charm .. this is the best service I have had in years .. hands down, I would recommend them to anyone if you have to have any work done

To start off I came in B&J Transmission thinking I had the dumbest question to ask. I ask if it was possible that my transmission would cause a vibration. Mind you, I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado, Alex says it’s a common issue with the 14-18 models. It was comforting with his response, details, specs and going forward. Long story short, I am super please to find out the vibration really was the shuddered problem that I’ve been chasing for months. Lucky we caught it in time and Alex and his crew worked on my transmission. Now I’m stress free, truck feels completely brand new. The communication, time, details, cleanliness of shop, and most importantly the crew is 100 percent on point. Definitely recommend B&J Transmissions

Alex explained everything well before, during, and after the replacement of my transmission, and he also had me come back for a free inspection after 100 miles to make sure all was well. This shop was recommended to me by another mechanic and they specialize in transmissions, so I felt very comfortable having them perform this major service.
