Soni is so dear and sweet and she has an amazing eye for the perfect wedding dress! I told her my budget and she was able to find something I liked immediately! She’s also really good with communication and timeline. Her alterations were also perfect! I’m so happy I trusted Soni with my wedding dress ❤️

My mom lives in NorCal and found BB Bridal online so we made an appointment. Soni called me right after that to discuss what I was looking for and she told me "I know the perfect dress for you. You will love it when you try it on!". Of course I didn't believe her as I hadn't even started looking yet but I did fall in love with the first dress she picked out for me to try on! I left without buying it as I wanted to try on more dresses before deciding but I ended up coming back to Soni and buying that dress! She was great to work with. Very honest and straight-forward, she doesn't hesitate to tell you what she thinks and I loved that about her. It made me feel like I could trust her! We made some changes to the dress and she was able to make them come to life. I came back a month before my wedding for my fitting, made some minor adjustments and took it home with me on an airplane.

A wedding dress is such an important part of the wedding day. I strongly recommend B B Bridal to any bride I know. Soni is very honest and straight-forward, she doesn't hestitate to tell it like it is. I prefer this since I want to know that the dress actually looks good or bad on me.

The whole experience of working with Soni has been so wonderful. Dress shopping can be stressful or overwhelming, but she made it so easy. I sent me a message over google first, then we switched over to text messages. I sent her pictures from my Pinterest board (lace, A-line) and she already had a dress in mind for me. In between booking my appointment with Soni and actually going to her shop, I went to some other bridal dress shops and they convinced me I wanted a mermaid/trumpet style. However, when I went to Soni, she helped me realize that trumpet/mermaid would be super unflattering for my body type (I'm 5 feet). She's super honest and doesn't have customer stand on a box to look taller so the dress looks better on them (which is what the other shops did). She also respects your budget (other shops kept trying to give me more expensive dresses above my budget I told them).

Soni really knows her craft. The dress that she initially picked out for me was exactly the one I ended up buying! It fit me and my tastes perfectly. She was able to suggest alterations to the dress that worked perfectly. She always listened to me and gave me advice. I felt beautiful in it and everyone gave me so many compliments!
