Awakened Self-Healing

I recently participated in one of Elena Pratte's Somatic Release Breathwork sessions and it was the most intense breathwork I have experienced. Within 5 minutes my hands were tingling and powerful emotions were welling up in me. As these were released, I experienced a deep calm. After the breathing, Leni helped us integrate our experiences. It was a wonderful, healing session and I look forward to doing more work with her.

My journey with Leni was incredible! I learned a lot about myself and a more healthy lifestyle and most important I found a lifelong friend! The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes u feel like ur talking to a good friend since beginning. All the meditation or pranayama techniques she guided me were some of my most intense meditation states ever! It is and will always be a big pleasure working on myself in all aspects with her ! Leni has been my wise guide since 2009 when I was diagnosed with my first cancer. Ten years later, in 2019, I find myself asking for her guidance once again. Leni comes alongside me in a gentle, non-judgmental way. She is a wealth of information but she is not interested in bombarding patients with her knowledge. She did not assume anything and instead, asked questions. She gives me time to absorb the overwhelming information and helps me with next steps when I’m ready. I’m grateful for her generosity, in the way she gives of herself and shares resources. Thank you, Leni. You are amazing.

Since the coaching began I feel more empowered and positive about the small but significant changes I began making and continue making. In particular the information on using supplements to assist with my thyroid and adrenal issues and also on detoxifying. One of my goals was to reduce the pharmaceutical medication I was on and I am very pleased and happy to say that I was able to get off two entirely and the only one I take is for they thyroid but it was reduced and I expect it will be reduced.

I have heard the saying "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear". I want to thank you Leni for all you gentle and enthusiastic teaching and support of my goals. You were respectful and non-judgmental as I shared with you my challenges and what I was hoping to get from coaching. Your approach to coaching was warm and inviting as you shared your own story, which was inspiring. I highly encourage anyone who is struggling with their health or energy to begin their healing journey with you. The time is well spent and feels like it's just two friends exchanging ideas over a cup of Chai!
