Avis Car Rental

I had such an easy and painless experience with Avis. It was inconvenient and frustrating at first when the woman told me I needed to put down a deposit… the website from where I made my reservation said it wouldn’t if I paid in full - come to find out it was not the case. Then, I mentioned it was important that I make it to my uncle’s funeral without any more fees because I was tight on money. Luckily, the concierge reassured me of the reimbursement and I was even given a better car than what I reserved. It was such a smooth ride to my destination and I’m truly happy with the return of the car. It was so quick and easy, I’m planning on renting with Avis again!

In and out in 10 minutes! Started off renting from another company which I won't mention but it starts with an F and ends in OX. I DO NOT recommend that company. Save yourself the stress and time and rent from Avis. We got a super nice, brand new Durango that was comfortable and had room for 4 and luggage. The staff took great care of us when getting the car and dropping it off. It couldn't be easier! Avis has my car rental business from now on! Thanks Avis!

I was consistently impressed by Avis. I found a great car available near me at a good price online. I booked it through the Avis website which was easy to use.

At 7600 Earhart experienced the fastest checkout I've ever had and it could've been even faster if I had seen the Avis preferred office sooner.

The phone customer service was helpful. I felt that Avis looked out for my family and treated me well. I've never had a good car rental experience. My last experience was so bad I was going to try the non-traditional companies. But Avis had the car I needed in my emergency and will be my 1st choice from now on.

Did not care for the 3 staff that were available to help with all Avis , Budget, and Payless rentals. Sure it’s a business thing but after a long day of traveling, waiting another 2 hours in line to get your car is stressful, especially when traveling with children. There’s got to be a more efficient way to check customers in.

Once you get to the counter, customer service was fine, the vehicle itself was clean and smooth, and the return process was quick and easy.
