This space has been great for my needs— kind and helpful staff, clean facilities, convenient location and accessibility. Only complaint is that there seems to be one dolly available at any given time. Kinda made moving out a hassle but luckily we didn’t have too much. Otherwise great experience and will go back if I need another storage space.

This Particular Extra Space..gets 5 star and that's and I feel like my property is at a 5 star motel lol. The staff is awesome..the place is well organized..clean..quiet. I can sleep good at night knowing my property is in good hands. The staff is AWESOME every last one but Ms. (Katherine) goes over and beyond..and I love her for her that. My property has been there for almost a year and I've only checked on it once..that's all I needed to do.. because it's so secore..clean..well organized. I will forever send new customer there.

Life gets in the way of living and when it does Extra Space Storage was there to meet my storage needs. I’ve rented from 3 different locations in 3 different cities and this location is a good one. It’s an indoor facility and it’s clean and maintained well. I appreciated the fact that you can pull inside the facility via a access controlled door. As a single woman having to move things in and out is feature made me feel safe and secure while I was loading and unloading my car. I didn’t have to about anything happening to my car or the items in my car in between the trips to the storage unit. I have moved out of my storage unit and Yuriana helped me through the move out process. She was extremely helpful and very nice and professional when I needed help and took care of everything she said she would. When she did not know the answer she immediately asked for help from her manager and she was prompt and courteous and returned my phone call with the answer. I really appreciated her being a woman of her words. If I have a need for a storage space again I will definitely be back at 300 Market Street.

Everyone at this facility has been extremely friendly and helpful, and has made my storage renting so easy. Even when i lost the keys to my cylinder lock they made sure i was taken care of. Yuri and Katherine were the stellar employees who’ve helped me so far. Very friendly and very straight to the point.

I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space. The process of getting my unit was very efficient and flowed smoothly. Katherine was very pleasant and she made sure my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to move my things into the unit with ease. Great customer service!
