We are very thankful to Abhi for helping us buy a nice home. Abhi Indap is a truly exceptional person. I and my wife met him at a open house and at that time he was seller's agent. But somehow that didn't work and we also took a break from our house hunt. Later, we started again and the first name came in our mind was Abhi. In between, he was in touch with via some emails related to opening and all. So, we thought to meet him and start our search again. I called him and he immediately recognized us. We fixed our meeting and provided our house requirements. That is how Abhi started helping in our house search.

We were very impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in the interested area and he also has sound knowledge of that area.

Abhi was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back later. He helped us finding our home and it was a good deal. He did a thorough review of house conditions, appraiser documents etc. We were very clear with his finding/thoughts and he didn’t hide anything - rather has a minute details of stuffs.

He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treat the situation like he is purchasing the property – he look out for you and have your best interests in mind. One more thing to add, when I met him, i didn’t have mortgage preapproval so he suggested a Mortgage agent as well.

I would highly recommend all to work with Abhi. He will work with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, He is patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and He did!

His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a my house purchase experience very simple. I would love to recommend him and If I am looking to buy again then he is the only GO-TO person for me.

Is Abhi really a realtor? NO!!

He is more than that! He will become your friend and make sure your process of home buying is a true delight.

Abhi is professional and has great knowledge of the industry. One of the qualities we liked about him is that he is extremely detailed oriented. He would send us a detailed excel sheet of the properties filtered by our requirements every Thursday which saved a lot of our time! He walked us through ALL the disclosures (line-by-line) and answered our questions be it 11pm at night!

Abhi did his research to assist with accessing fair market value of the property for the offer & negotiated effectively with the opposing agent. Sometimes, transactions can become complex and that is when you want someone like Abhi who is willing to walk you through the details. We closed in-time and our transaction was smooth.

We have the highest level of confidence in Abhi. He represented us on the buyer side but I would definitely use him as my listing agent to sell a property.

Abhijit has been an excellent partner for us in our home purchase.
