I should have just waited for them to come back from vacation. We buy expensive clothing and they take care of our stuff every time. Never going anywhere else.

My Expectations
1. I don't have time to argue with cleaners about stains that can't get removed. I bring stained clothing to the cleaners and expect stains to be gone when I come for pick up. If stain cannot be removed let me know right away not after the fact you have charged me.
2. To have real experience with quality clothing and expect it to look amazing when I pick it up.
Final Thoughts
I have gone to a few cleaners that are for regular people that seem to not know anything about dry cleaning. Because the rediculous excuses I get for cleaners not cleaning or removing stains is absurd.
