A no-nonsense, get in/get out type gym. For the price point, this gym is bang for your buck. The weight machines are great and they have plenty of cardio equipment. I have never had to wait for a cardio equipment, and only had to wait a few minutes for a weights station. You can use the spin room and group fitness room where there is no class. Bathrooms are clean and front desk is polite.
I do wish this location had more classes. The one class I attended, the instructor was fantastic but class was very full.

Great gym overall. Tons of cardio equipment and free weights. Not crowded at all in the afternoons on weekdays.

It does get busy. Depending on the time of day. Have tons restrooms & lockers, parking lot usually has spots open. Treadmills and elliptical have openings usually when I go visit. I’ve been going for 3 weeks now and has been great. First open times in the Mornings or late evenings is the best times to go. I usually go at 5-6pm specific days and it’s never really packed. Weights are usually what’s being occupied but people do limit their timing during sets and are respectful when others are waiting. Great place and haven’t had any issues yet since I’ve been doing. No masks required for vaccinated people although you are welcome to use a mask if you want. No towels are provided but you are able to buy your own there. It’s a small gym so don’t expect too much like swimming or anything like that. Does have classes, yoga mats, weights, jump ropes, and other little equipment that can provide. It’s close to a shopping center so you’d be able to stop at the store for a drink or little snack before entering the gym or you can go to the little store in the gym which is pretty convenient as well. It’s a cute store for protein powder, protein bars, Gatorade, water, and more. Just stop by and explore. Memberships, guest passes, and virtual check ins from phone are possible.
