Employee was very friendly and had a tech out to me in 30 minutes. He was great- went out of his way to help me out and was patient in trying to figure out ways to unjam it so we would not have to make a new key. We ended up figuring it out! Efficient, excellent service.

When I requested assistance, the locksmith arrived in less than 15 minutes despite the 20-minute estimate! In less than 3 minutes, he was able to open the door to my friend's flat after she misplaced her keys. I was amazed. He was also able to create keys for both of the two locks she had on her door.
