    I'm a new tenant, and so far, everything about my experience with Nick and company has been really great. Nick has been responsive and courteous in all communication. When we toured the space that I now rent, he was well informed about the area, the history of the building, and was transparent about the quirks and flexible as I figured out my move in dates. He and Mimi made the whole process easy and comfortable. I've only been in the new place for a few weeks and it already feels like home!
