The company I admin for have been looking for a florist to commit to for weekly delivery for our office entry display. I connected with Eleanor at Wallflower first via email and had a lovely experience. Amazing customer service, attentive to needs as, my company has a certain standard. Today Eleanor and her team blew me away. Last week I ordered from another florist for delivery Tuesday 02/23 and the overall experience was not the same. The delivery was awful, the attentiveness was not there, the price was only a $50 difference, but mostly the flowers did not compare. I knew it was when the very next day after delivered my head senior partner asked me to grab new flowers for our client meeting because the ones I order "look sad." We had a very important client coming this morning and with time ticking I had to get two new arrangements within the next few hours. I emailed Eleanor and not only was she very responsive, but she also took care of me. Eleanor recommended a beautiful arrangement for us, her knowledge on floral arrangements make such a difference and was delivered faster than expected. It means so much to see someone go above and beyond for customers. Wallflower Designs will always be our go to.

We worked with Eleanor for our wedding bouquets, boutonnières, and cake decorations and were extremely pleased with our florals! Eleanor was lovely to work with and really helped being our vision and color palette to life.

Our wedding was in San Francisco, and her delivery and on-site cake decoration gave us one less thing to worry about. Prices were reasonable and we would go back to Wallflower again for florals for a future celebration.

The flower arrangement is definitely one of a kind. All the colors blend in nicely and love the fillers, greens and vines they used.

Eleanor was a delight to work with, and went above and beyond my expectations with the spectacular bouquet + boutonniere she put together for our SF City Hall elopement! She communicated well every step of the way, and in the end, made it such a seamless process. I gave her very vague ideas of my color palette as well as my budget, and she ran with it and knocked it out of the park. My photographer and I were both ooh-ing and aah-ing over the beautiful bouquet - I wanted it in every picture! Highly recommend Wallflower/Eleanor for your elopement bouquet needs :)
