    We were told to be at the office at 8:15 am to complete the new patient paperwork but the staff showed up to work right at the time of appointment. I was then rushed to do the new patient paperwork. Front office customer service improvement is highly recommended otherwise, NP Gloria and her MA were caring and very positive.

    My PCP of 31 years retired 6 months ago so I’ve been looking for a new PCP. I’ve met with a couple health care providers who barely made eye contact with me let alone show any interest in partnering with me in my health care.

    On the recommendation of my therapist I made an appointment with Dr. Parsa’s NP, Veronica. From the moment she walked into the exam room I felt an instant rapport. She acknowledged me, spent time listening to what I had to say, asked all the right questions, and developed a plan to attack my most pressing issues.Veronica is delightful and extremely knowledgeable - exactly what I want in a primary healthcare provider. For the first time in a very long time I feel optimistic about my health care.
