Can't believe it!!! There was actually a nice person who was willing to help!
We had our mail on hold for a month and it was not delivered after our return as requested. We went to the post office on Hope street who could not help. They gave us a number going nowhere. Finally we found this address, showed up on a Saturday at noon and actually a very nice gentleman went to check if our mail was on the back and it was!!!
It should not have been that complicated but to be able to deal with a human being was extremely helpful.
