Super convenient Covid testing. I had exposures 5& 7 days ago but no symptoms and want to safely visit family tomorrow - so want a negative PCR test to be sure. This is a safe and efficient way to test and be certain of not transmitting Covid to family.

It went fine and fast. Everybody there was very efficient and professional They answered any questions I had. It was really easy to make an appointment online and they had lots of choices so you could get a time that you wanted and I parked right out front but there was parking spots in the parking lot also.

It's in a great location, Staff were helpful and quick. Results were processed a bit fast as well. Grateful and appreciated

I've come here a handful of times while in the area visiting my family. The only time I had issues was during the peak of omicron when all their online appointments were booked up and they turned away all walk-ins, which was a little frustrating. But the other times that I've been able to make an appointment online, it's been relatively smooth. During the peak of omicron, the wait time was very long even with an appointment, but other times, there have only been a handful of other people there, so it didn't take too long. The process is pretty smooth, and I love that I've been able to get results in less than 24 hours (once, I got my results in 7 hours ... but it's usually more like 12-16 hours).

The other issue I had recently I guess was my own fault for not realizing that my insurance would only cover tests every five days, and me trying to get a second test within those five days would cost me $250. I wish there was a way to know that when booking the appointment online, though, rather than finding out after I get there and get checked in, and then having to cancel the appointment.

Great process - very quick. RESERVE and pay IN ADVANCE online.
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
The results were quick (for international flight) and easy to upload.
