First off, I don't think that the staff in this post office are rude. Perhaps the lady should know better that she's calling on a holiday. And that the gentleman who answered her call just answered it to tell her that they are closed.
I think the lady who called is the RUDE one. 😂
My personal feedback:. The counter staff are helpful and courteous. They always greet you with a smile.

This little postal annex is great for your basic stuff! I've been using them for years. It gets a little crowded at the holidays but it beats standing in line at the main post office down town. Everyone is friendly and I've never had an issue....just keep in mind they don't have all services provided at the main branch.
Thought I'd leave a note for others that are like me and needing some advice. If you need stamps, go to the main Post Office on S. Livermore. They don't have any here. A helpful worker told me that. Saved me some hassle.
