Went for a DOT at Dr Sophie Blanchard. It was fast and easy. She was thorough and explained it all. A painless experience. I will b back in 2 yrs and highly recommend for other drivers and pilots to come here.
Great place and location too with parkings.

The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable. The Dr. was amazing!! So nice and really took the time to listen to you and understand what was going on. Very helpful!! Highly recommend!! They DO accept insurance. Just wanted to make that clear as a previous comment indicates they don’t.

Kudos to Urgent Care Center of Alameda. Not only are their hours realistic for working people, but the facility is clean and comfortable. The staff were respectful and compassionate which goes a long way when you're not feeling well. Also, my wait time was not very long. In short, it's everything you want in a neighborhood clinic.

I was visiting my sister in Alameda and started feeling sharp pains, I didn't want to drive to Sacramento to see my doctor, I am 5 months pregnant and didn't want to risk it. So I decided to go to the nearest Urgent Care. I had a very positive experience. The office staff was very polite and friendly. I was seen by a medical professional very quickly,The rooms are clean,overall they made me feel well cared for, from start to finish.

I was very reluctant to go to an urgent care as I did not have a good experience at my previous visit at another place, but I heard lots of good things about Urgent care of Alameda and decided to give it a try. I have to say that I absolutely loved my experience there! I was in a hurry and was so thankful that there was an urgent care in the area that can take care of my needs as soon as possible. Dr Curtis and the physician assistant, Sonia were very knowledgeable and made my experience a pleasant one. Sonia is very accessible and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be returning and recommending others do so as well!
