The shipper made a mistake with the access point but the branch attendant went above and beyond to help me out. Really appreciate them sticking up for what's right. The Asian gentleman with the glasses did an outstanding job. Thank you!

I've used UPS Stores all over the country for auction pickups and shipping; this is one of the absolute best! Fair pricing, fast service, and great communication. I'll be back to use them again for my next shipping from the Hayward area.

Just moved back home from school and needed some things to be shipped back to my roommates and the new people here are super awesome! I love that they are honest about their prices. The girl that helped me was really nice and showed me comparisons between USPS and UPS prices. She told me that the USPS was definitely cheaper and told me to go with them but I needed the track and ship guarantee to make sure my items weren't damaged so I ended up going with UPS (the price difference was only a couple dollars, but I needed the peace of mind!)

I think honesty goes a long way and the super friendly service definitely won my business! I will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs. No one knows this but they also do all USPS services so bye bye post office lines!!!
