Unique Remedy

I came to Dr. Nirali Patel on referral from an acupuncturist that had helped me greatly after a car accident nearly 3 years ago. Since the accident I had tried several interventions including acupuncture, 2 rounds of physical therapy, pain meds, an epidural nerve block, but none provided full relief. Dr. Patel's approach has been thorough and educational every step of the way. She is methodical about getting to the root of my pain and I am incredibly thankful to see tremendous progress as she works her way around my neck and back. She is generous with her time and guidance and I trust her completely. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Patel to my friends and family. I am very thankful to have found her.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon 10 years ago and my calves have never been the same (frequent tightening / cramps) and my scar tissue was fairly intense. Not expecting these things to ever change, I went to see Nirali only because I had received a gift certificate.

Not only did the treatments break up a lot of my scar tissue but my calves feel like they're closer to my original normal than ever before! Nirali is responsive, thoughtful, and a fantastic acupuncturist. I'd recommend anyone seeing her if you're having any types of problems, she'll be honest about whether or not acupuncture treatment CAN work or even IS working.

Acupuncture has been SO instrumental in helping my kids (12 and 15) with sleep, anxiety and overall mood. I have many aches and pains in my middle age, and she has helped me to get on a path of healing as well. She has magic powers and knows exactly what hurts and what needs to be done to fix it! I’ve been going to acupuncture for years and have never experienced this sort of relief until I found her!

Dr. Patel is fantastic and I can’t thank her enough for the gift she has given my family! She is kind, thorough and is amazingly patient with my teenagers.

(She also has two adorable pups that visit the office on the weekends, and we get to hang out with these cuties between treatments!)

Thanks to a good friend of mine, Nirali was such a great find when I needed it most! I've never had acupuncture done before and she did a great job at explaining what she's doing and how it helps me. She listens to every one of my concerns and addresses them every time. Consistently is key with this treatment! I've seen her for several treatments now and have had such healthy progress. She's definitely a keeper!

I came across Unique Remedy through ClassPass. I thought I will give it a shot as I had a knee issue that was troubling me during workouts and while driving. I tried Chiropractor, massages and other stretching methods but it never really helped me.
As I walked into her office, Dr. Patel greeted me very sweetly and she asked questions about my issues and lifestyle that would affect those health issues. She is a great listener and after getting all details she offered her diagnosis and walked me through her approach. On my first visit, she combined needles with cupping and truth be told, I came home with sore knees (a good sign) and the next day I hit the gym with knees giving great mobility - no tightness.
What makes Dr. Patel's treatment special is that she genuinely shows concern for real health issues and her approach clearly makes you feel the unseen knots/twitches in the muscle which would have got worse if left untreated. I have been visiting her weekly and slowly many muscle issues in the body are being taken care by her.
Dr. Patel as a person too is very humble and sweet. She engages in casual conversation to build a bond with her patients and that makes me very comfortable during treatments. I highly recommend her for your body's preventative and wellness treatments.
