True Sound

Great people. I called about my amplifier and they were very friendly in helping me diagnose the issue. In addition to suggesting what the issue likely was they were upfront in letting me know that the parts required would be custom from the manufacturer and recommended I contact them directly for the parts and repairs. Excellent advice and I look forward requesting their services should the need arise in the future.

I am a complete novice to Turntable setup, configuration and tuning. Made some pretty nasty mistakes when setting up my brand new Table. Ran to Nick for help. Initially Nick & Li hesitated a bit as the table was brand new, but Nick found the challenge of setting my table right too tempting to let go back to the dealer to say the least. Took it and within a week turned around a well tuned sweet sounding Table and in the process taught me a thing or two about Table tuning idiosyncrasies. Wow now my system sounds absolutely amazing and my vintage Vinyl collection just came alive in my family room. I am hooked to Vinyl now ! Ofcourse the Streamer DAC is a backup just for the massive collection of Hi-Res audio some of them offer. I digress, if you need advice or help on your HiFi system in Bay Area, CA look no further.
