Really has a personal touch that means a lot when you lose a loved one. Roland made the process easy on me, was respectful and kind, and was available on the weekend. I am really happy with our choice to go with them for cremation services.

Roland and the staff was excellent. I cannot express how caring and compassionate they were.They went above what was expected. I would definitely recommend them. In my eyes they treated us just like a family member,not a customer.

I was out visiting our loved ones graves and an attentive groundskeeper (young dark haired man) was kind and as I looked his way, he offered to jump over and clean area. He was efficient and very courteous in his willingness to serve was a delight. Thank you!!

When my Dad passed, we were not sure of the next steps to take. A family member had hired Treadway and Wigger years ago and suggested I call them. Roland answered the phone and was very helpful and patient with us. He understood our circumstances and the grief we were going through. He said he would stay as late as needed that day to meet with me, if that is what I wanted to do. I really appreciated his willingness to work with us and our difficult plight. We only had a couple of days to make several decisions and move things forward. Roland helped make the meetings, phone conversations, and tasks that followed go well, with little effort on our part. He took a lot of time walking us through what needed to happen next, and explained our options when we had to make specific decisions. Roland was emphathetic, patient and thorough, in this difficult time, and helped us with important decisions needed to help bring closure to our Dad’s life.

Roland is the sweetest and most caring person, and treated not only my parents while creating their arrangements years ago , but me recently with such gentle respect during our difficult time. I never felt pressured, and his caring follow-up phone calls were a comfort.
