My constant experience with this specific JB's is at the driver thru and after mid-night. In a word, Sloooooooooow.

It feels like only 1 person is taking the orders AND making the food. Heck, when i finally get to look inside it sure as hell looks like it too. Seriously plan on taking anywhere from 5-20min parked in the drive-thru. I've had to learn to make my own entertainment while parked waiting for the line to move. Blasting a unique song on YT, or playing PokemonGo.

Honestly i just make sure i got something to do and i turn my headlights off. Last year someone bought my meal for doing so! I have had night where they are close when theyre supposed to be open. I will re-edit and explain if that happens again.

However! The order is always correct! I can acrually drink the milkshake through a straw. Curly fries always cooked well. It smells like JB's, it taste like JB's, and they give you an extra requested sauce if you keep smiling through the pain🥲.

Always open can't complain it's a jack in the box usually drive threw fairly fast.. always have my order right I'm long time customer 20 + years

I’d been here for a trim before and they did a wonderful job! Came back months later for a long to pixie makeover and Tracy got it on point! I was really nervous but she was so kind, professional, patient and highly skilled.

I only get my haircuts at Tracy Beauty now. I used to go to Mountain View to trendier, more expensive salons, and the results there were much worse than what Tracy's magical hands can do. Tracy is so friendly and very experienced. Based on your hair type and lifestyle, she can design the right cut for you. Thank you, Tracy! You are incredible!

Greeted very warmly in this salon. Tracy is very thoughtful and friendly. She doesn’t rush through cuts and treatments. Had a great time nattering away with her and the color came out great! I am definitely going there again for my hair color needs!

This girl is amazing.
Tracy is alot of fun and very nice to tolerate my yapping & chit-chat! At the same time she is professional and knows her job.
My hair has been growing and becoming Iong and been wanting to get a curly perm.
Tracy answered my wish with work that is better than I imagined.
The cost is very reasonable and I haven't been this happy with my appearance in quite a while.
I absolutely reccomend!

I went to Tracy for the first time once hair salons re-opened for business. She gave me a great haircut. She is excellent, a good listener, and will go back for next hair cut!!
