TM North Valley Dental Care

I am writing this review because Dr. Tuan helps us with 3 of our relatives with very challenging dental implant works which we cannot find any local dentist that we can trust to handle. Dr. Tuan's knowledge of the latest material, technology, and techniques is awesome and I can always get an useful, educational answer from him even when asking the dumbest or the rudest question about dentistry or pricing. Similarly for his staff. It is a long review so skip to the last paragraph if you want.

We have depended on Dr. Tuan and his staff for our family dental care since 2002 as we change jobs and homes through the years and three US states. They have always treated us like family, with respect and care. It is very rare to see a high skill, latest technology medical provider with several staff members who have been there since the clinic opened 20 years ago. It tells me how well the team works together.

We moved to Washington state 5 years ago but could not find any clinic with the kind of high quality major dental work that we have received from Dr. Tuan, so we end up taking trips to San Jose, California to see him. For example, he did a dental implant for my wife around 2005 and it got noticed by other dentists for the material used and the workmanship. The artistry and caring that Dr. Tuan and his staff put into their work make it not just functional, but also beautiful. In dental work, beauty always lasts longer.

My father-in-law is 80 years old. We introduced him to Dr. Tuan 2 years ago because other dentists considered him a difficult case for dental implants, thus putting him on dentures for 5 years, weakening his remaining strong teeth. Dr. Tuan put in 10 implants and a few bridges and strengthen his remaining teeth. He was able to eat comfortably in the first month of treatment. After 1.5 year of treatment, he is now with permanent dental work that is as good as his natural born set of teeth. It is like having a second chance. Dr. Tuan's staff are so respectful and friendly, thus my FIL enjoys his visit so much that he is going by himself and needs no reminder.

Similarly the works Dr. Tuan has done for my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law are incredible. They have small features which means it is quite difficult for dental implants to be successful or to last, yet Dr. Tuan finds the solutions where others fail or guide us to less beneficial solutions, like dentures or extraction. I saw my sister-in-law early December 2022 and I am jealous of how beautiful her teeth look. I would smile all day if my teeth looked like that.

What is important is that I never have any concern or doubt about Dr. Tuan's work. If he said it is done, then it is done the best way possible and it will last as long as it is possible. That is why I think TM Dental is the best dental clinic for as long as Dr. Tuan and his great crew are there.
