Armando was excellent! He was prompt, professional, and helpful in fixing our two toilets - one of which was leaking and the other wobbly. We are grateful to him for his help and would absolutely recommend using Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their dispatcher answered promptly -- on a holiday Sunday! -- and had a technician out to us within the hour. Francisco was polite, fast and effective. The company did not charge us extra for a last-minute, Sunday call. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd call them in a heartbeat if I did.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this company's professionalism.
They stand behind their work, are responsive (they showed up same day and 2 hours ahead of schedule), and the plumber that came out, Sam, was so kind, helpful, and thorough. He ran the line as far as he could, flushed the sewer, and confirmed all the pipes were okay before he left. So happy to have them as a go-to.
