(January 13, 2023, 1:42 pm)They were fantastic! Very nice, and were very interested in helping make my stay enjoyable. The shuttle to and from the airport was clean and safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food is great. I didn't check out the other amenities but I'm sure they are great! I was only there for the night but it was awesome! I would gladly stay again!!!!

(January 5, 2023, 2:36 pm)The sink and bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. But the front desk man was very nice and helpful. We had a very early flight and needed to leave before the shuttle. We got the cat services and the owner himself took us to the airport.

(January 3, 2023, 10:50 pm)Location is great for SFO airport travellers. I got a room with a balcony view, it was very clean, spacious and quiet. I was checked in by Geo, he was funny and very charismatic, this hotel has a warm indoor pool , gym, bar and shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel.

(October 21, 2022, 2:27 pm)The staff is amazing!! They were so friendly and accommodating. Food from the restaurant was also really good and opened fairly late. The hotel itself is clean, warm and inviting. The room was clean and well stocked. Thank you for excellent service and positivity!
