The Kensington Apartments

Every problem I've ever had has been resolved within in few hours. Angela and Francisco - you are the best! Thank you very much. I am very grateful to the Kensington team for their care and quick help in solving problems.

Shout out to Francisco, Angela, and the entire team here. I really appreciate how responsive they all are and how they keep me updated during any maintenance requests. Francisco and Angela are very knowledgeable and genuinely take the time to answer any questions I may have. The Kensington is a beautiful community and we are so thankful to call it home.

We booked our Apartment from out of state with a virtual tour, and we were skeptical how it will all turn out.

1. Thanks to the leasing office, especially Angela, who made our move in experience 100% stress free. Angela is very responsive, she attended to our many phone calls and emails to answer our numerous questions before moving. During moving, she made accommodations for our trailer parking, and made sure everything was set up on the move in date. We can’t Thank her enough for that. She always greets you with a big smile, which makes you feel welcome to the community.

2. The apartment itself is very spacious and located conveniently near to a shopping area, (Safeway, CVS, eateries etc) with easy access to expressway. Right next to the apartment is Bernal Community park with huge play area for kids and is in an open, spacious area for a breath of fresh air. Apartment amenities (Gym, Pools) are always cleaned and well maintained.

3. The neighborhood around the community is safe and very beautiful with close proximity to great schools.

We are glad, we chose The Kensington Apartments for our stay in Pleasanton. Thank You, Angela for a great moving experience.

We were lucky to find an apartment at The Kensington and moved here two months ago. The location is great with multiple shopping options at walking distance and a beautiful park just outside the door. The community staff make you feel at home since day one. Angela and Francisco have been extremely helpful and professional with all our requests. Highly recommended! We love it here!

I came from South Korea earlier this year (2020) and lived here for almost a year. In conclusion, living in Kensington was very satisfying. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood with good traffic. Staffs of the leasing office are very kind, but they are very competent and thoughtful. I'm sorry that I have to leave Kensington because I have to go back to my hometown, South Korea.
I would gladly recommend this place!
