The Industry Napa Valley's Barbershop

This is a true, genuine barber shop. The owner and his apprentice are fantastic, authentic, care about what they do. Incredible, skillful attention to detail and super nice to boot. They have an easy web enabled scheduler. One HUGE difference. If you make an appointment at 2 PM. You WILL be seen at 2 PM. If someone comes in at 1:45 PM, they will have them wait until after your appointment, versus squeezing them in and having you wait. I have never found a place with such integrity as this one. There is also a good little market next door.

I absolutely loved coming here. Today, I had my first haircut there. I currently have an undercut. I got my undercut in April 2019. This was my second time ever going to a barber shop and my second time ever getting my undercut touched up, this time professionally. I asked the barber, Thomas Travers, if he could do a design, straighten up my line, trim the undercut, and trim my longer hair (which is pretty long and thick). He respectfully declined to the design and trimming my longer hair since he said that if he were to do them, it would not be to his standard and the shop's standard. He just wanted to do a good job. I really appreciated this. He did a fantastic job on straightening up my line and on trimming my undercut. I am definitely coming back. The price was also very fair.

Excellent barbers here. I came in on a same day appointment with an idea and they made it great. Several compliments on my haircut later, I can’t see myself going to anyone else. Friendly, clean and overall a top shelf experience. I’d definitely recommend.

My husband got a haircut and a beard trim at the last minute here. The barber did a wonderful job. The place is very clean and well maintained. We would come again.

They only take cash, so be prepared with it. We had to go to the ATM next door.

A little hard to find parking in front of the shop, just park across in the residential area and walk. Wasn't bad.

Thomas and his colleagues are awesome! Their quality of work is exceptional. The space is very clean, professional and comfortable. Initially I went in having never been to a proper barber and was very impressed with the whole experience. Since I have been to other barbers in the valley and I can say that the staff at The Industry is by far the best. I highly recommend them, and this is the only place I will go to get a haircut.
