Amazing customer service provided by Mynette, Aracelie and Ranielle! Even the security guard has such a positive attitude and is welcoming.
Mynette assisted us since the start, we were looking for an engagement ring and she immediately asked our price range. Once we told her, she showed us the rings within our range and we fell in love with the black diamond ring!
The whole process went smoothly until the end. Would 100% recommend this place. They have a variety of options and the customer service is exceptional.

Loved the whole experience.
The manager assisted us with our shopping. I explained to him that I am shopping something special for my sister and want to buy earrings within a price range.
He searched the gem stone based on her birth date and guided us to beautiful earrings.
He then proceeded to help us explore other options as well.
The earrings came in a beautiful wooden box with company’s logo on it as well as a tiny blue light within the box that showers light on the earrings so that even in the dark people will be able to appreciate the product they purchased.
His assistant was thoughtful in asking me on what’s the occasion and made sure I am ok with the “black” color gift wrap. That was sweet of her. Not many people think of the “color traditions” ... and this small gesture touched my heart too.
All in all... great place to go to if you want to have good experience and nice jewelry to add to your collection.
