StorQuest is very clean and well managed. It is also very easily located off Canal in Richmond. And the staff are very helpful and organized and efficient. I felt very secure in using their services and would use them again if I ever need storage.

Cherry was so awesome and compassionate and patient with me she has excellent customer service . She didn't treat me like I was a number or some random person, she treated me like she's been knowing me for years, I love her bubbly personality she's a winner. Storquest did good by hiring her the best investment they could've made. 👍🏾👍🏾 up 😍😍

I had a wonderful experience with Cherry at the Richmond StorQuest. She instantly put me at ease, and worked with me to find exactly the right unit for my needs.

In addition to being a total professional, attentive, and delightfully personable, Cherry also explained every policy, so I felt good about renting here.

I was planning to shop around, but after my stellar interaction with Cherry, I decided to go for it at StorQuest.

Great experience! Reserving and getting a locker was a breeze. Went online, filled my information, picked my locker size, paid, and it was ready waiting for me when i arrived at the location. Staff was really friendly and helpful when i asked to upgrade my locker and also when closing my account. If i need a storage again i will definitely come back. Definitely recommend.

Very great service...Ruth is very helpful and professional. You will definitely get great customer care and especially deals on storage units. I highly recommend.
Came again eas assisted by Pam, another great employee very professional and helpful. Highly recommended place.
