(February 1, 2023, 10:19 pm)I am extremely pleased that John noticed that my locker wasn't locked properly. I asked if he could remove my lock and put a lock on so that my locker would be locked until I am able to go to the locker myself. John was able to remove my lock (without destroying it) and he put one of his locks on the locker. When I next get there, I will have StorQuest remove their lock and I will lock my locker with my lock. Thank you John.

(May 29, 2019, 11:08 am)I was able to reserve my spot online days ahead (reservations are good for 7 days). Keith helped me at the San Pablo location in downtown Oakland and was super clear and helpful with the renting process. Awesome guy. Make sure you bring your own lock though, but you can purchase one here as well!
