The staff I worked with were Alan and Alejandra. They always had a friendly, positive attitude and provided Excellent customer service and were professional. Their friendly faces kinda made moving not so bad. The grounds are very clean. I would recommend this storage facility.

The two employees that work there are probably the nicest people I’ve ever came across! The gentleman was so sweet and very thorough with directions on how the storage property worked! He walked me to my unit, showed me how to properly lock/unlock it, how to get in and out of the gates. He also provided me with cart to haul my boxes! Such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend❤️

This is the only place I’d ever get a storage unit. The process was so easy and the staff go above & beyond. Made a reservation but decided to go in earlier, even though it was close to closing Alan guided me through it all. My partner and I are moving and decided to get a unit, was having a rough day and very sick, Alan offered me a bottle of water, cough drops, and tissues. Give this man a raise! The unit is easy to access and the facility is very secure.

This place is Brand new, and very clean and very nice! I love the fact they have a extra security latch that locks as soon as you put your code in to leave as well as your personal lock. They also have very good prices and was the lowest I had found for Vacaville, Fairfield area. They have a deal going on for the size i needed, which was pay for 2 months get 2 months free and you cant beat a deal like that! I would definitely recommend them.

Wow, what a great experience. I booked a unit online and came in for my first check-in today. While setting things up and discussing options with the super cool and friendly staff there, I was offered a lower rate on a comparable unit of the same size. Then, they offered me double the posted promotion. It was a Godfather of an offer I couldn’t refuse. I am getting twice the unit for about 2/3 the price for a year. Thanks to StoragePRO and to their amazing staff, I am moving out of the my old place and into their new one. Happy Holidays indeed!
