The sales process was pretty straight forward and simple. I never felt like the sales team was trying to up sell me and Kevin was really easy to work with. After buying the used car, one of the tire pressure monitoring sensors ended up being broken after driving the car for a couple weeks, so I took it back to the dealer to get it fixed and they were able to take care of it through the insurance. All in all, it was a solid experience and this dealership does really care about its customers. I would recommend going to this place to purchase your next car.

Ash was an absolute delight to work with. I find it very rare to find a car dealer who is genuine and cares for the customer, but Ash went above and beyond to make sure our car purchase was a pleasant experience. He is an incredibly kind person. Compared to other dealerships for other brands that we looked at, Ash's kindness and demeanor is what won us over to purchase a vehicle with Kia. In about two hours we went from walking in with no appointment and a vague idea of what we were looking for, to signing documents to purchase the car. Absolutely lovely experience!

Dropped my car off early. I was greeted quickly. Emil was pleasant and didn’t push for any other extra services, which I appreciated. I live outside their drop off area, so even though the service was offered, I couldn’t get a ride. It was fine because the bookstore was right next door. I got a call/text that my car was done within an acceptable amount of time and I went to pick up my car. Checked out and we went over the services and I was on my way.

Everyone in the office went above and beyond! They did not put too much pressure on us and made sure they met all of our wants and needs. Max made the process seamless and found us the perfect car within our budget. He was super patient with us too. Ash also was there to assist and make sure we were confident in our decision!
We financed a Kia Telluride SX Line Prestige and they were the only dealership with a nice selection. These cars go fast so go see Max & Ash soon!
