(December 3, 2022, 1:45 pm)Excellent customer service and competitive prices. Hard to find a tire shop with both of these qualities. This shop goes above and beyond to help their customers. As others have pointed out they are honest and will not try to sell you unnecessary parts/services like so many other tire shops. Dave and team are fantastic! I live in Pleasant Hill but am happy to make the drive as I know it is worth it.

(October 25, 2022, 9:28 pm)Came in with a flat tire, but knew I would probably need new tires and possibly breaks. Dave was amazing and very helpful! Explained what was needed and even took the time to show the condition everything was in so I could visually see what work and why it was needed on the car versus just listing the cost and stating what needed to be fixed. The staff was nice and had my car ready by the estimated timeframe. Very welcoming and friendly environment!

BUT, once I got into the office 10.30am, the line was very short and the staff were conscientious and helpful and figured out the issue and got things on track. Better service than most government offices and staff had a good attitude.

(August 26, 2022, 3:03 pm)Even with the line out the door everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. It’s not the EDD workers fault there is a congestion in the system is happening. Don’t take your frustrations out on them.
