We needed storage when we were selling our home. Extra Space Storage website helped me find the right storage space for our needs at an acceptable rate. Upon signing up online they were very clear on moving in instructions. They even greeted us and offered us bottled water when we started moving the first day. The storage areas are always clean and well lit. Push carts are available for moving lots of boxes or large items. They are a well runned business. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage.

Melissa was a great help! I ended up booking online and calling into the call center to confirm my unit. Melissa went above and beyond to reach out to me even after reserving a unit to make sure the storage size was perfect for my needs. This was amazing because I ended up having the wrong storage unit whilst talking to the call center person and unknowingly signed to rent. She even gave me a better deal and all the details to make checking in better (:

Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND. Finding a place to keep such valuable and meaning items was not easy in the bay, from the initial phone call to moving our items in. MELISSA was a real star, she made us feel confident in our decision. One of the sweetest people I’ve worked with. 10/10 recommend!
