Sports Basement Novato

What’s really interesting about these guys is that I wasn’t really looking to make any purchases from them. Just see products up close and personal I ended up buying a bunch of stuff. Because their staff was so easy to work with. They had a bunch of good stuff high-quality brands at reasonable prices. I know it sounds like an ad, but the truth is they were more than competitive, and when their sales started it really got interesting. I held off being a member until after I bought a bunch of stuff. I regretted that guy had not Joined. Cost 25 bucks you automatically get percentages off. That was cool. Told the great guy at check out and he volunteered to go in and check my history and apply credits. It was really worth it to join and I really must say the staff was amazing and so close by as well. I’m a happy camper and skier and biker :-)

Awesome spot, I will definitely be back! I came in to get proper ski boots and Paul did a boot fitting on me. He is AMAZING and after all the measurements, I tried on one pair which fit perfectly. He is very thorough with his work and explains his thought process out loud which I really appreciated. The other workers here were also very helpful and willing to help with anything. They have great stock of items here and their membership options is a great opportunity to take up. They also price matched my ski boots. Definitely come here!

My electric scooter had a flat and we could not get to the stem to fill it. Sid and Dawson helped us get the tire off, fill it with air, and saved the day! All this with great attitudes, can-do spirits, and continued helping other customers. I live in Santa Rosa but will return to this store in the future as Sid and Dawson are worth the trip to Novato.

Had a GREAT experience at the Novato Sports Basement cycling department. Tyler C. was extremely helpful. I needed a tuneup on my 10 year old lite speed in addition new tires. Went out on a ride the next day and my bike felt NEW! Thank you Tyler for taking good care of my bike! I now have a new bike mechanic!!!!

Before entering this store, on my mind was just one item to buy and it was a bicycle tire glue. However, when entered the store and walked inside for awhile, i realized that there were actually many other merchandise items of great importance to me. I made a short list of the sport items i like and can afford. Usually, i do not buy anything on credit. Now that i know how much they cost, i can plan to buy them in the near future. And, of course, i found here what i was looking for. The tire glue is available, $4. In addition, the store employees are very social and helpful. Recomend to visit this store and you will discover some items you probably haven't seen in your life.
