(April 9, 2023, 9:06 pm)This was a wonderful store to visit. We might have spent over 40 mins in there trying to decide on the right puzzle to take home. There's alot customers should not touch, but there's also alot that the customers can play with and experiment with. The staff on hand was hospitable and did not mind at all that we took a while to make decisions and provided alot of info to help us determine what made the most sense for our age range/ ability. I think this was the best way to go about purchasing a puzzle rather than ordering something off the internet, it was a very pleasant in person shopping experience. Thank you!

(July 5, 2022, 7:35 pm)Wonderful place. They allow you to play with the puzzles and give good advice about the difficulty of each game. If you want to buy original puzzles and games, this is the right place. I finally bought some stuff, worthy every penny (you might think there are other cheaper places, but they don’t have the good stuff). For shopping and for expending a good hour deciding what to buy (testing).

(May 6, 2022, 12:40 am)This is my favorite stop whenever I go to pier 39…..puzzles galore that always stump me, and the store clerk is always enthusiastic and encouraging to get you to solve it. I love that they let you play with the puzzles and don’t try to oversell them because that way the puzzles sell themselves. I also like that the store is out of direct traffic as it’s on the 2nd level which means it’s never packed.
