My e-bike and I got hit by a truck driver who ran a stop sign and then roared off, leaving us sprawled in the intersection. The next day, Mark took my bike in and made it work again for a reasonable price. My (personal) body work took a bit longer, but I will say to those who shout "you're cheating" at me when I ride by, the throttle saved my life and hey, I'm over 70, so at least I'm out riding and yes, I do stop at stop signs. Thanks to Mark for treating this old(er) lady and her e-bike with respect and kindness.

So lucky to have this gem of a shop in the neighborhood. If you need your bike tuned, and most often times repaired on the spot, Solstice is your salvation. Not to mention all the sweet new bikes and swag for sale. Great job Mark!

I’m so impressed with Solstice bike works! Mark is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in every way. I dropped my bike off to have the rear shock serviced and not only did he ensure a quick turnaround time, he checked the whole bike over for safety to ensure it was working at top performance. He took extra time to help me dial in my suspension, and helped me find new, women’s specific (!) shoes, after having been to multiple bikes shops with zero to a limited supply of women’s MTB shoes. He even helped me swap the lenses out on a new pair of cycling glasses that neither I nor my husband could figure out. This shop is honestly one of the best businesses in Marin. He’s got everything from kids apparel and bikes, all the way to super hardcore gear for the avid rider. The shop is conveniently located w/ ample parking. And, to top it all off, Mark is super knowledgeable about local trails, and tons of fun to chat with! 10 out of 10 recommend!
