Brought our five year old lab in for rattlesnake bite to front paw. Called ahead. Staff confirmed had anti venom, were waiting for me upon arrival. Efficient check in process with estimate provided. Actual cost $500 less than appraisal. So now that those steps are mentioned, as important was the incredible kind and knowledgable care given to our girl. Everyone from reception to med techs to DR ROCHE were truly top notch providers imo. Dr Roche took time to thoroughly explain to me steps which would be done re labs, treatment. Our girl was picked up next day. Had eaten and was receiving good pain management. By 72 hours (post snake bite), she was back to playing and eating with no complications. I would highly recommend and am grateful to Dr Roche and all Staff.

I took my baby Nibbler in bc she wasn't eating for a few days, was lethargic & puking. After a few diagnostics we find out she has an obstruction and requires surgery to remove it.

I wasn't able to afford the surgery, but the staff worked hard to offer several resources to help save my baby girl's life 💖 SO grateful for everyone here & Saving Gracie 🙏🏼💓🌎

I have used Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic three times over the years. They have been consistently outstanding. I just recently had to rush in late at night and they were so kind, compassionate, and considerate and took exceptional care of my girl. She needed surgery and they walked me through the estimate (which was very reasonable), performed the surgery immediately, and kept me apprised of each and every step through texts and phone calls. When I picked up my girl, she was 1000% better and the surgical incision a work of art. They also walked through all the post-op care procedures and medications. My Bear was seen twice at this hospital. The first visit was a success. Bear had a severe laceration on his neck. they did a great job with him because he could be a bit aggressive for a little dog. Three months later they could not save him and we had to put him down.
I brought Bear home. They rapped him real snugly like a baby. I had Bear for 7 years and should have had him 7 more. He was attacked twice by the same dog in his own home.
The dog has been put down also.
Thank you for not giving me a vet bill. The second process was on the house.
Bear is home and at peace. His resting place is much nicer now.
