Sofi Belmont Hills

I’m a new resident to Sofi Belmont Hills and have been living here for about two months. I love my apartment as well as the neighborhood! Sabrina has been super helpful since the beginning of my apartment hunting. She is patient about all my questions regarding the apartment and she helped me find the unit that fits all my requirements. She is also very responsive and friendly. Based on my experience of talking to more than 10 leasing offices in the Bay Area, I found that it is difficult to find a great management team, so I’m very grateful that I found Sabrina and her team! The maintenance here is reliable and they response quickly for the things I need as well. Overall, both the management team and apartment itself are wonderful. I’m extremely happy that I found my home here!

Honestly, due to Google rate of 2.5/5, I was a bit afraid to move in to Sofi Belmont. Well, I was totally wrong. From the moment I visited this apartment until I moved out after ~1.5 years, I enjoyed every bit of it and its community and its people (leasing & maintenance). While it has its cons, just like all the other apartments, I don't think that is enough at all to cover this apartments up with such a low rating, so I've decided to write a google review for any future residents.

Cons:
- The town gets crowded, thus time consuming to access 101 HWY during school loading/unloading times (morning and afternoon)
- Feels a little unsafe when you start seeing smokers (cigarettes & marijuana) down the street, ~ 800ft from the apartments, near other apartments.
- There once was a problem with too many packages left outside of the locker, directly exposed to the wild, sometimes getting wet, but that seems to be sorted out now

Pros:
- The community and environment. So quite and peaceful. Feels very safe even at night around the apartments and to the upper dead end area.
- Abundant street parking available, super efficient when friends are visiting. No street cleaning, no dangerous wanderers
- While it's at some what mountain area between 101 & 280, it has everything I could ever want. Safeway, StarbucksES, Chinese, fancy Italians, great brunch at Farm House, pet shop, gas stationS, Capo mediterranean, yogurt icecream, etc...
- The apartment support teams move very quickly on your requests. I know it's sometimes hard to reach them via phone calls, but if you decide to just show up to their office, boom, they take care of things right away
- One thing I was surprised to find out was, while we had a water cleanliness issue, once I brought it up, they did boiler cleaning, several times, then just changed to a new boiler once they realized it wasn't working. I think we shouldn't focus on their old appliances, but how well they take care of matters.

Trust me. It's a good place to live and it's also well priced for the values it provides. I already miss its fresh morning nature smell and wild deers, birds (cats love watching them!), and squirrels.

I love staying here. The apartment complex was just refreshed. My apartment has new carpet, and the hallways / stairwells have new flooring and were just painted. The pool is incredible, it is like being at the MGM grand in Las Vegas! There are awesome cabanas, lounge chairs, an amazing BBQ pit, it’s an awesome treat after a long day's work. There is also power at the pool for people like me that work remote, it’s nice to chill by the pool and work! :-). The location is perfect and everything I need is close by. And OMG this is the quietest area, behind my apartment is a huge hill, backing up to Water Dog lake, I can walk to the right or to the left out of the complex and easily walk to trail heads! This place is a real gem, the automated scheduling, the online resident portal, this place is up to speed on tech. They also have electronic amazon type bins to receive your packages securely. The staff is amazing to boot! Sabrina and Juliana are great, they are always happy and ready to help. I made a great choice choosing Sofi Hills Apartments :-) PS. I have a studio, and it has an awesome partition that makes it feel like a 1BR, as well, the in studio W/D rock :-)
