Trung, the owner of the company was an absolutely pleasure. Great experience, from a customer perspective. Single Cylinder Repair (SCR) had a highly sought after Honda commercial mower in stock, where local dealers did not, with long lead times. Freight shipped from Florida to Seattle, with price, quality, performance and customer service ~ all exceptional, in addition to helpful phone tech Assembly support.

I placed an order to be shipped to texas, when i placed the order i never got a confirmation it was due to technical issue, but this guys have one guy that has exceptional customer service, after a few days of no contact, i called (i thought i was scammed), the gave my order and tracking number i was able to confirm purchase and eta!!!!

I was pleased to know that it was real place and great communication from the owner i believe.

Has a good supply of landscaping equipment new and used. Even stocks rigging hardware for tree climbing.

Close to home, there results are seen in there yard when you enter In. The finished work tags are placed on each piece of equipment that has been completed. And that's good to know when you have tools that need to be repaired, and in a timely manner. They do great!!!!! Work and are very friendly and helpful. And are also extremely knowledgeable about all tools that they deal with. That's comforting and reassuring.
