Dr. Reynolds took me in as a new patient very promptly. I was suffering from shoulder pain and had a MRI. After reviewing my file he gave me his opinion of my problems. I was most impressed with the video he sent me after my visit. He spent 5 minutes on my MRI reviewing in detail all parts of the shoulder and where and why he believed my problem was being caused. I have seen multiple doctors and this was by far the most detailed explanation I received.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff were amazing. They communicated well and made this process for a knee replacement less stressful. Dr. Reynolds is a fantastic surgeon that treats each patient with respect and provides them with the opportunity to get back to the sports they love.

I always have had the best experience when I meet with Dr. Reynolds. He always takes the time to listen to understand what is happening with your body and also get to know you as a person. You don't feel like another name in a list when meeting with him. The staff is also very caring and takes the time to settle you in and make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Gay will do what is best for the patient and not what the insurance company says. The whole staff is very good. Highly recommended if you have any knee issues.

Excellent service by Dr. Gay, diagnosed injury, showed film of the x-rays and explained clearly, discussed pros and cons of various options - both surgical and non-surgical - and treated us with respect. Patient, pleasant, checks on us afterwards, and follows the science - doesn't force masks on patients who wish to breathe freely.
