Silicon Valley Eyecare Optometry and Contact Lenses

When I arrived today, a lovely woman, named Daisy, came to greet me and took me through the first part of the visit. Daisy had a great attitude and was very kind to me. She was very instructive as helped me through the eye tests. She seems like a very caring and empathetic person.
When I was done with my visit with Dr. Chin, and it was time to order my glasses, I was lucky enough to have a gentleman named Justin take care of me. Man, was this guy good. He cleaned, tightened and straightened all my glasses for me. They were a mess and quite bent and stretched out of shape. This was done for free even though I did not purchase the glasses from them. We agreed that it truly is an art form. He was very thoughtful at expediting my order as my husband was late for work and kept a very positive attitude through the whole experience. I had fun with him!
I very much like coming here to Silicon Valley Eye Care. Everybody is very professional and kind, especially Daisy, Justin, Christina at the front desk and of course, Dr. Chin. Love this place!

The assistant Daisy and Dr Alexander were both very informative and answered all my questions. I originally went in for contacts and got an eye exam and found out my vision slightly changed which I figured would happen. I have a trip coming up and wanted a quick turn around for contacts, I know they can take a while but I went in on a Thursday and I have my follow up on Tuesday for the trial lenses, super happy with how fast they were able to accommodate me. I should have them before I leave, thankfully! Definitely will be recommending everyone!

Daisy came and got me and did an exceptional job! She did a great and great customer service! Then came Dr. morrow! When I tell you she taught me so much about my eyes and the 3d print and is so caring! Last but not least the amazing Joelett she will not let you leave out of the office with ugly glasses! She is amazing and funny too! Come on down for great service and great people!

Went to pick up my glasses and Ashley Borges came out and she was supper sweet!
She made sure they fit and she was nice and very professional!

Good professional services. Seem to provide a thorough set of tests and exams. The doctors I have been a patient of have been very nice. They explain the process and any changes in my vision very clearly. The front office and doctor's assistants staff are good. My only suggestion would be add another person or two to support with eyeglass selection and purchase.

Jordan Sanchez was really patient and helpful as I wanted frames that are not black or silver. When I found the frames I liked, it was unfortunately black. Jordan went online and found those frames come in a few colors. I picked the purple frames with dark gray lens. Its beautiful 😍
