Today (11-3-2016) was the first time, and I am giving 4 stars for I have not experienced consistency. But I will add one more star next time.
I come here once a month, every month, for the past 10 years. I'm a man and they do know how to cook men's hair. I cannot speak for a woman, butt for men I'll give them a full five stars. The owner and her daughter are the ones doing the haircuts. Some free parking available on the side of the building.
