Shiva-Vishnu Temple

A beautiful temple located in Livermore. Built in the late 70s or so. It has been maintained beautifully and houses Kashi Vishwanath and Tirupati Venkateshwara deities. They have a peaceful atmosphere all around with plenty of roses for beauty. They offer food as prasadam on weekends. They also have a free health advisory clinic on Saturday from 12 to 2 pm.

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva-Vishnu and is close to Altamont pass and worth a visit. The temple is very well maintained. Architecture is beautiful. The lawns are very well manicured.

Experience was enchanting... enviornment was so serene and loved praying and sitting inside temple. Aroma of haven and puja creates positive energy across area.

I received a very important reminder to CHECK VISITING HOURS when we sadly arrived around 12:30 pm to see a sign saying it was open weekdays 9am-12:00 and then closed until evening hours. So we stared forlornly at the gorgeous Temple and snapped photos of the lovely flowers lining the gates. There looked to be plenty of parking.
If you do decide to visit don't go in the afternoons and please remember to dress in respectful attire as their website requests (no shorts etc. ).

The Siva-Vishnu temple Livermore, California is a nice temple with divine vibs attracting lot of devotees across the state. Having sannidhis for Lord Siva, Vishnu, Anjaneyar Navagrahas and other deities. During our visit all electrical lights were switched off during Siva poojai and it was excellent and exclusive when Dheepaarathi was shown to Lord Siva.. (not seen anywhere so far by me) Visit this nice grand temple in Livermore whenever you touch California.
