(December 6, 2022, 6:54 am)This is my far my most wonderful experience for an early morning ride on HMB State Beach. I have done this twice in 2022. The early bird ride is the longest and best value has to offer. The photographer is great in both times and the staff are wonderful. Please don’t try to take your own photo as it’s dangerous, let them do it for you and you will cherish every minute riding on this beautiful State Beach w your horse early morning.

(November 25, 2022, 7:51 am)I rode Thanksgiving day. I went by myself but met all wonderful people! The horses were great! The staff was great! This is not a luxury ride. It IS the greatest experience of beach riding that I could imagine. It exceeded all expectations and I think I can speak for the entire group. If you read and follow the rules, you can expect a great time!

(April 3, 2022, 8:23 pm)Nice easy ride for all ages and levels. The give full detailed instructions and steps for ease of mounting the horse. One hour trail eide is adequate for some but I like the longer 1.5 hour beach ride. They do not allow you to take photos any personal photos but do take photos of each group so others are not in your shots. Horses seem to be cared for and look healthy. From my experience the cost is average from $90-$110.00. Early bird is a good deal but that starts at 8am and the ride is along the beach trail so it can be cold. Nice folks!
