(the competition place is Peak) The front desk is fine; they are nice and convenient to reschedule. there are a vast number of coaches to choose from; it is your choice if you want a strict or less strict coach. SSTA has a 'color' ranking system where I think white or something is the lowest color, then they go up the color scale as difficulty increases, like yellow, orange, red (i forgot)... I started in aqua, a middle level, and now I'm in Pre-comp, the most challenging group there. My instructor is Coach Lin, and even though she may seem intimidating, like other people have 'k i n d l y' mentioned, she is strict and a good teacher.
