Sandev Mobile Home Park

We loved it!! Manager Tess, was always very helpful, kind, professional and went the extra mile to make sure our stay there was pleasant. All facilities and the camp grounds are well kept and very clean. You can tell she takes pride in her role at Sandev Rv park. We would most definitely stay there again.

I was there for several months but had to move for work. It's a really nice place. The spaces are big. Everyone is really nice and will help if you need something. Tess is a great manager! She's always upbeat and in a great mood. She's always willing to help or find someone who can help. I definitely will go back if I'm ever back in the area.

I lived at Sandev MHP for a year and I had no issues with management. If you are able to provide the information that the owners request, then everything works out. The manager of the park is great, I never had an issue with Tess. She is responsive to what you need and is very attentive to all of the tenets at the park. Reading the previous review is troubling, Tess does not racial profile anyone, so I have no idea what they are talking about. The location is great. There is shopping down the street and in the surrounding area, it is quiet, and you can go on a trail run, it’s just down the street. Again, I was here for a year and enjoyed my stay. Everyone is quiet and respectful of privacy. If you compare how the park used to be and how it is now, you will see how much the manager and owners have put back onto the park to improve the quality of life for everyone there. Sandev MHP is one of the best parks that I have been to hands down. The screening process might be a little intrusive for some, but it was worth it.

Sandev Mobile Home Park is a beautiful and quiet place to live. Each site is big enough for your trailer and 2 other vehicles. The manager Tess is a wonderful professional host and keeps the park decorated, clean and peaceful. If I wasn't on a work assignment from out of town, I would make Sandev my permanent residence. I tried to get into this mobile home park before Tess was hired and it was impossible to communicate with anyone, office always closed, no returns calls or emails. Within a week under new management with Tess, I was able to get in with no problems. Tess has excellent customer service skills. After 7 months I was sad I had to leave such a peaceful and beautiful park. Thanks Tess for everything!!
