I have a mixed use rental. Sam has always been there when I needed him. The latest is: I misplaced my policy, I just couldn't find it. I called him, and within minutes it was in my email inbox. He has been my agent for over 20 years, and I am very please with him.

Previous ins agency other company... canceled me with no notice... only found out because letter from dmv stating they were about to cancel my registration...

Sam was able to get me setup in moments after we connected, very pleasant to talk with over the phone with a personal touch.
