Whenever I worried about the cost (which was quite reasonable compared to other garages) Ken would prioritize the repairs and maintenance for me so that I could figure out what I could afford now and what I could put off for a little while. Ken always takes the time to talk through what needs to be done, and patiently answers all my questions. Now that I have a new car, I still rely on Ken's expertise and honesty rather than having my car serviced at the local dealership.

Ruppels helped me to have an inspection and pointed me to the items that's most relevant to safety and fixed them in a few hours. Ready to be back on road!
