We have been at this facility for over a year and a half. The staff is friendly and helpful. We needed a second unit and we as given one across from our first. Reasonably priced and great access hours.

I have been a cleint at this location for just a short time. I recent found myself in need of a larger storage unit. Justin and the staff here are ALL awesome and so helpful. Always smiling and full of good advise with an enthusiasm to help.

Good service…pretty secure. They were the least expensive for our first two years with them and offered additional senior discount. Then they increased their prices every year, and I don’t think the senior discount is applied any longer.

The folks at Acorn Self Storage in Brentwood, Ca. are so nice and friendly! Very professional and very pleasant to talk with. Did I mention extremely courteous too! They explain the whole process of renting a storage unit and other things like truck rental available, locks if you need one, hours or operation, show you the property and unit up front before you make your decision on the size of the unit you need! They explained everything extremely well! Also the property, the units and the office are all kept clean and well maintained!
Thank you all so much for making my first experience in renting a storage unit extremely smooth and pleasant!

The facility was clean and it was easy to get my things stored. It made it nice that they had autopay. Accessing my unit was easy and everything remained secure and I did not have to worry about moisture, mold, mildew, insects, or rodents getting into my stuff.
