(November 8, 2022, 10:53 pm)RCT is a great place to train. It has a fun and welcoming environment where people help each other. There are higher belts and lower belts, so whatever your level you can find good training partners. Diogo has been training jiu jitsu for more than 25 years and he has taught me many techniques I have not seen before. He is an awesome instructor. Other black belt instructors are great as well. It is the real deal.

(November 4, 2022, 8:15 pm)Coaches are all super cool and friendly. The culture is great - no shenanigans are tolerated when it comes to safety which is good in my case as a smaller guy. Training quality is top notch. If you really want to learn jiujitsu, this is the place.

The instructions cover everything from moves that are easily applicable to highly technical, and everything in between, which is great for students who want to learn a wide range of skills. Professor Diogo promotes a very inviting environment while still encouraging healthy competition. Everyone highly enjoys training, which is infectious and keeps people coming to train more. With my busy schedule, I especially like how there’s several days and times to choose from for training.
